Important Shipping Information
- Cash on Delivery: Not available in Egypt, KSA, Qatar, or Bahrain.
- Additional Shipment Charges: Applicable for Egypt and KSA. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
- Customized Color: Any Colors other than white will be additionally charged and will take 8 days. Lead time
- Delivery Time: Expect 20-25 working days for orders to Egypt and KSA.
- Carton Requests: Please inform us if you require your item packaged in a carton.
I Cautions:
- Kindly charge the battery before the first usage for at least 10-12 hours.
- Keep the battery at most 5-7 hours max when using an Electric Scooter (سكوتر كهربائي).
- When the speed goes low, put the battery of the Electric Scooter For Adults (سكوتر كهربائي للكبار) on the charger before draining off the battery. If not, the battery will die completely, and we won't be held responsible.
- Ensure that the Cargo Scooter (سكوتر البضائع) is kept from being unused/uncharged for more than 5-6 days.
- Avoid water near the battery and engine; clean with a damp cloth.
- Make sure to make a person over the given weight capacity sit on the Delivery Bike, or else it is bound to stop working.
- Avoid sharp or pointed and rocky roads.
- Avoid sun, Heat, and Water.
- Kindly Use the installation option if you need technical assistance, as having technical know-how to assemble the product is essential.
- These Electric Bikes (دراجة كهربائية)are prohibited on public highways, slopes, sand, slippery, soft, or uneven terrain.
- Use only on flat terrain; avoid driving in water and pits.
- Children cannot dispose of or take the battery out of the vehicle.
- Please prevent collisions between vehicles, people, and objects.
- Please ensure the Cargo is stationary before changing the forward and reverse gears.
- Please keep the 3 Wheel Electric scooter from high temperatures or flammable areas when not in use.
Storage Instructions:
- Avoid Keeping it open in the sun for too long hours; avoid water getting inside the motor blower; Adult Supervision is necessary.
- Only charge the battery at most 5-7 hours max.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
